We refer to the article in The Australian Financial Review today, "Starhill Global to take Perth DJs store". YTL Pacific Star REIT Management Ltd, as the manager of Starhil Global REIT, wishes to state that it does not comment on market rumours or speculation.

Starhill Global REIT's mandate is to invest in prime real estate used mainly for retail and/or office purposes in Singapore and overseas markets, and the Manager is always exploring acquisition opportunities and regularly receives and reviews various investment proposals.
