This announcement is a replacement announcement of the Results of Annual General Meeting released on 29 October 2025 to amend the headers in the table due to inadvertent transposition errors, and to include the information required under Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual.
Additional Text	The amendments to the table of results are: 1. The headers of the second and third columns have been amended to reflect the number of units "For" and the percentage of total number of votes for the relevant resolution respectively;
Additional Text	2. The headers of the fourth and fifth columns have been amended to reflect the number of units "Against" and the percentage of total number of votes against the relevant resolution respectively; and
Additional Text	3. The header of the last column has been amended to reflect the total number of Units represented by votes for and against the relevant resolution.
