He is a nominee of Starhill Global REIT Management Limited ("SGRML") (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of YTL Corp), on he board of Macquarie Pacific Star Prime REIT Management Limited ("Manager"), the manager of Starhill Global REIT. SGRML holds a 50% indirect interest in the Manager. YTL Corp also holds approximately 26.65% indirect interest in Starhill Global REIT units vide its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Starhill Global REIT Investments Limited and YTL Cayman Limited. YTL Corp has other international property interests which may cause potential conflicts of interest vis-a-vis Starhill Global REIT in certain circumstances. Should any conflict arise, they will be managed appropriately at that point in time.

He is also the Executive Director of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the manager of Starhill Real Estate Investment Trust which is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
