The Board of Directors of Macquarie Pacific Star Prime REIT Management Limited, as Manager of Macquarie MEAG Prime Real Estate Investment Trust ("MMP REIT") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of MMP REIT unitholders held on 8 January 2008, the ordinary resolutions (in respect of the proposed unit buy-back mandate) as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 18 December 2007 were duly approved and passed by the unitholders.
